Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. They govern your access to and use of the websites, services, tools and content provided by We Bridge Recruitment (referred to in these Terms as “We Bridge”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Scope of services

We Bridge provides recruitment, talent search, candidate sourcing, employer advisory and related consulting services, primarily in the IT, Green Tech, and Life & Health Sciences sectors. Services may include job postings, candidate introduction, screening, interviewing support, consultancy and other staffing-related activities.
Specific deliverables, timelines, fees and other terms for any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement, statement of work or proposal between We Bridge and the client. Where a written agreement exists, it will control in case of any conflict with these Terms.

Eligibility and account registration

Use of certain features may require registration and creation of an account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
By registering, you confirm you have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of any organization you represent.

Candidate submissions and client obligations

Clients warrant that they have the legal right to engage We Bridge for recruitment services and to provide any candidate data, job specifications or other materials submitted to us.
Clients agree to comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination and data protection laws when using our services. Clients must not use candidate information provided by We Bridge for purposes other than recruitment for the agreed role(s) without express consent.
Clients are responsible for verifying candidates’ credentials, rights to work and suitability for roles. We Bridge does not guarantee a candidate’s performance or suitability beyond the information and vetting performed as agreed in writing.

Privacy and data protection

Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services you acknowledge that we will process personal data (including candidate and client personal information) as described in the Privacy Policy and as required to deliver recruitment services.
Clients agree to obtain any consents required by law to allow the transfer and processing of candidate personal data necessary for recruitment.

Fees, invoices and payment

Fees for recruitment services, job postings, search assignments, consultancy or other services will be set out in the applicable agreement, order or proposal. Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in accordance with the invoice terms.
Unless the contract states otherwise, fees are exclusive of value-added and other taxes, which are payable by the client.
We Bridge may require a deposit or phased payments for search or retained assignments. Refunds, replacements or guarantees (if any) will be described in the relevant agreement.
Late payments may incur interest and collection costs as permitted by law.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the website, its content, designs, tools, trademarks and materials provided by We Bridge remain owned by We Bridge or its licensors.
Clients and users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided by We Bridge solely for the purpose of the agreed recruitment engagement.
Clients must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted.

Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential any non-public business, technical or personal information disclosed in connection with services (Confidential Information). Confidential Information excludes information that is or becomes public through no breach, was already known, received legitimately from a third party, or is independently developed.
Confidential Information will be used only to perform the obligations in the applicable agreement. Disclosure is permitted where required by law (with prior notice to the disclosing party where legally allowed).

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the website or services to submit false information, impersonate others, send unsolicited communications (spam), or engage in unlawful, abusive or discriminatory conduct.
You must not attempt to access restricted areas of the site, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer systems or data provided by We Bridge.

Third-party links and services

We Bridge may provide links or integrations to third-party services. These links are provided for convenience and We Bridge does not endorse or control third-party content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

While We Bridge seeks to deliver high-quality recruitment services, all services and website content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We Bridge does not guarantee any particular result, success, hire, or that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We Bridge is not a guarantor of employment, salary level, or candidate performance. Any statements about candidates, positions or outcomes are informational and not warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Bridge’s aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms or any services (whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise) will not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client to We Bridge under the relevant engagement during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event will We Bridge be liable for incidental, consequential, special, punitive or lost profit damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury).

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless We Bridge and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, costs or damages arising from (a) client’s breach of these Terms or any agreement, (b) client’s use of candidate data in violation of applicable law, or (c) any misrepresentations or wrongful acts by the client.

Termination and suspension

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. We Bridge may suspend or restrict access to services where a client breaches these Terms, fails to pay fees, or where continued provision of services would violate law or third-party rights.
Termination does not relieve either party from obligations that expressly or by their nature survive termination (for example, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and indemnities).

Changes to these Terms

We Bridge may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website or other reasonable means in advance where practicable. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden, unless the parties agree to another dispute resolution method.

Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any signed agreements, statements of work and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and We Bridge relating to their subject matter and supersede prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision or breach will be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
